Curated by our super fave mega-talented babes Gingee and K!mmortal (who also blessed us with the cover art), TUNOG TAO is a compilation album of 28 tracks by Pilipinx artists from the United States, Canada, France and the Philippines. A variety of genres and voices are represented from hip hop, rock, jazz, kulintang, and traditional, to electronic and experimental. Featuring both emerging and established artists, this non-definitive album gives a good sampling of what's out there in the world of Pilipinx music rn. There's some artists we already loved like DATU, Astralogik, Pantayo, Kulintronica, Jeepneys, Han Han, and RV Mendoza, and also some incredible artists we've never heard of like super sick Pinay Muslim rapper Asa Lianess, "Jazzipino Queen" Charmaine Clamor and many many more (they're ALL great tbh).
